The Maharlika Charity Foundation Inc. stands as a beacon of goodwill in North Cotabato, leaving a lasting impact since its inception in the early 2007-10 period. Under the visionary leadership of Mayor Lito Pinol and former Governor Manny Pinol, MCFI has successfully facilitated medical care for over 300 patients in Mlang, North Cotabato. This enduring partnership has flourished over the years, with a noble mission that has touched the lives of more than 150 individuals.
The compassionate dedication of President Dr. Ben Valdez knows no bounds, as Mlang has become his second home, providing essential care and support to patients in need. His selfless efforts extend beyond borders, ensuring that patients receive the necessary assistance even upon reaching Davao Hospital.
The foundation did the operation in Mlang District Hospital and now partnered with Mlang Specialist Medical center a Level 1 Hospital owned by a group of doctors who happened to be friends of the MCFI PRESIDENT
Through transformative procedures such as thyroidectomy, hernia repair, hemorrhoid treatment, minor excisions, cyst removals, and cleft palate surgeries, the mission of MCFI has brought healing and hope to countless individuals in North Cotabato.
