Three-Day Intensive Practicum with INSEAD and MiracleFeet: Redefining Clubfoot Treatment Initiatives
We recently embarked on a transformative three-day intensive practicum, collaborating with the prestigious INSEAD business school and MiracleFeet to revisit and enhance our national strategies for treating clubfoot. This remarkable management exercise brought together INSEAD professionals from around the globe, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and expertise.
Our focus was on developing innovative strategies to strengthen the 37 clinics operated by the Philippine National Government Council for Population Health and Welfare (PNGOC). We aim to roll out the Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) treatment in partnership with the Philippine Clubfoot Council, which will serve as the cornerstone of this endeavor, supported by various organizations.
Through this collaboration, we are committed to ensuring that major stakeholders in the Philippines work together to deliver the highest quality care for children with clubfoot, ultimately improving outcomes and quality of life.
